This includes playing loud or vulgar music on the deck, any drug use on the property, including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else). We care about our neighbors and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property. ■ All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. We supply dinnerware plus kid-friendly dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, air fryer, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, flex brew coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer). ⇒ GRILLING ⇐ A gas grill and propane tank are provided. Please feel free to use the remaining fuel in the propane tank. The tank can be exchanged (as needed) by guests for about $20 at any local hardware store. Host will not exchange the propane tank if empty.
